• Wallet address & on-chain activity. When you connect a Solana wallet on the web app, we process your public wallet address and the on-chain transactions you make through Relic. Blockchain data is public by nature.
• Fulfillment details (optional). If you redeem a physical item, you may provide a shipping name, address, and contact so the item can be sent to you.
• Creator verification (optional). If you launch drops, you may link a social (e.g. X) handle for verification. We store only what’s needed to verify the link.
• Usage & device data. Standard logs (IP, browser/app version, pages viewed, timestamps) and basic, privacy-preserving analytics to keep the service reliable and secure.

We do not collect your private keys or seed phrase, and we never ask for them.

How we use information

• To operate the marketplace, display drops, and process pulls you initiate on the web app.
• To fulfill and ship physical items you redeem.
• To verify creators and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• To maintain, debug, and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• The Solana blockchain — transactions you make are recorded publicly and permanently.

• Shipping partners — only the address details needed to deliver a physical item you redeemed.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. On-chain data cannot be deleted, as it is recorded permanently on the public blockchain.

Children

Relic is intended only for adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time and stop using Relic. To request access to or deletion of off-chain personal data we hold (e.g. shipping details), contact us using the details below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, posting a notice in the app.
